The price for laziness

Assalamualaikum and good morning. Monday, 13. A public holiday. From a morning walk at Tasik Shah Alam on this holiday.   Holiday? Yes, it is supposed to be a day for a rest. Resting means not doing anything. Being served a nice food, sit back enjoying your day, doing things that you want to do. That’s a definition for ‘MY REST DAY’ @ ‘HOLIDAY’. But .. the reality is not always like what we dreamt off … my rest day will normally be doing all the house chores that awaits me during the week days … pile of them, a long list. 2-3 days wont be enough to clear up all the back logs. But there is always a lazy day. And i declare today as a lazy day. Beginning early in the morning I have announced that “ibu is not cooking, ibu is not going to do anything. Ibu is going to enjoy the day.” But, this rest day comes with a price to pay. Ibu agreed to pay for the lunch. It costs XXX bucks. Yes, that’s the price for being lazy.
