Doa pasangan dan anak

Salam alaykum,

Who does not dream of a happy family? Every single individual wish for happiness in their marriage and family. Wish for children that will later becomes the devoted servant of Allah and His Messenger. Everyone dreams of a family that is full of sakeenah and mawaddah.

Everybody prays for it. And the best way to say out the dua' for this purpose is already taught to us by Allah through His Quran as in  Al-Furqan: 74 below:

(وَالَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا) 

[Surat Al-Furqan : 74] via @QuranAndroid

Dan juga mereka (yang diredai Allah itu ialah orang-orang) yang berdoa dengan berkata: Wahai Tuhan kami, berilah kami beroleh dari isteri-isteri dan zuriat keturunan kami: Perkara-perkara yang menyukakan hati melihatnya dan jadikanlah kami imam ikutan bagi orang-orang yang (mahu) bertakwa.

And those who pray "Our Lord! Grant unto us wives and offspring who will be the comfort of our eyes and give us (the grace) to lead the righteous."

Subhanallah. Allah has taught us every single thing in this beautiful kitab that he presented to us through His Beloved Messenger, Muhammad SAW. He even taught us how to ask from HIM. That's the beauty of his words in Quran. There are many more wonders in Quran that I have yet to endeavor.  I am ashamed of it. I ashamed of myself for not devoting myself to studying the content of the Quran.

Ya Allah, ampunilah hamabaMu ini.

Ya Allah, berikanlah kepada kami ilmu yang Engkau berkati, serta lapangkanlah masa kami untuk kami menimba ilmu ini.
