Pasal Solat Lagi - Jama' & Qasar

Salam all.

Today was the second part of "Tanyalah Ustaz" that discusses about solat. It was actually about how to be khusyu' in solat. My highlight from today's discussion is about the jama' & qasar.

A viewer asked, (the question sound something like this) - "Dengan adanya kemudahan sekarang untuk perjalanan jauh seperti kenderaan yang selesa dan berhawa dingin, tempat solat dan sebagainya, bukankah elok bersembahyang tamam (penuh)?"

Ustaz's prompt answer is:

"Solat jama' & qasar adalah lebih afdhal kerana hukum Allah itu bukan hanya suatu waktu tertentu sahaja sebaliknya ia menepati sepanjang zaman."

Jawab ustaz lagi,

"Kita ibaratkanlah kita dipanggil mengadap raja. Raja lalu memberikan kita sebuah hadiah. Kita ambil hadiah tersebut dan buang ke tepi. Apakah kita pada pandangan raja? Kita adalah adalah orang yang zalim (silap2 kena pancung atau temabk - ni, aku tambah :)). Jadi samalah halnya dengan anugerah dan hadiah yang Allah bagi pada kita tetapi kita tak nak terima hadiah tersebut. Maka sombonglah kita dengan Allah pada ketika itu."

Ustaz tambah lagi,

"Kalau ikut mazhab Hanafi, orang seperti ini adalah seumpama orang gila. Kenapa gila? Contohnya, jika diberikan 2 kerja, A dan B. Kerja A berat tetapi upahnya sedikit. Kerja B ringan tetapi ganjarannya besar. Jika kita memilih kerja A, maka gilalah kita kerana dengan sengaja ingin menyusahkan diri."

Ustaz juga menegaskan lagi,

"Dalam satu perjalanan yang sama, si Polan A solat tamam (penuh) 4 rakaat sedangkan si Polan B menjama' qasarkan solatnya, siapakah yang mendapat lebih ganjaran? Si Polan B mendapat lebih ganjaran kerana telah mengguna pakai pemberian Allah dengan sebaik-baiknya"

Assalamualaikum, Ahad malam Isnin. Malam yang sedih sayu. Biasanya hari Ahad, adalah hari ziarah anak-anak atau hari menghantar anak-anak balik ke asrama.
